On-demand consulting is also available as an optional add-on outside the core scope.
Service delivery
All support is delivered through the Oversea Application — a shared platform that connects your onboard and shore teams with our Fleet Support Center. Everyone works from the same information, with role-based access ensuring each user sees what's relevant to them.
Communication, recommendations and follow-ups all happen within the platform, giving you full transparency and a complete interaction history. You can reach our Fleet Support Center at any time via built-in chat, and you'll be notified by email whenever something requires your attention.
